Passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals—I am Vandit, a B.Sc graduate in Nutrition and Dietetics, and an ACE (American Council on Exercise) -certified advanced personal trainer (USA). My journey has led me from conducting personalized training sessions to writing impactful, evidence-based content on nutrition and fitness.
As a fitness trainer and nutritionist, I’ve had the privilege of creating personalized diet plans and fitness programs tailored to individual goals.
