Golden Rules of the Challenge
Before we jump into the daily plan, you need to commit to these rules. They are the backbone of your results.
- Follow the plan exactly for all 7 days — no shortcuts.
- No sugar, no junk food, no cheat meals.
- Daily exercise — if you can’t, walk at least 10,000 steps every single day.
- Drink 3–4 liters of water daily.
- Sleep 7–8 hours of good quality sleep every night.

The 7-Day Weight Loss Plan
This plan works because it combines detox, metabolism boost, fat-burning foods, high-fiber meals, and disciplined eating.
Day 1 – Detox Your Body

We start by cleaning the system. When your body is detoxed, fat-burning becomes faster.
Morning Drink:
- ½–1 liter warm water + juice of 1 lemon + pinch of cinnamon + ginger water
Breakfast:
- 1 apple + 1 cup green tea
Lunch:
- 1 bowl moong dal sprouts + salad (cucumber, tomato, broccoli) + 1 lemon + black salt
Snack:
- 200 gm papaya
Dinner:
- 1 bowl lauki (bottle gourd) soup
Day 2 – Boost Your Metabolism

The goal today is to activate your body’s calorie-burning engine.
Morning Drink:
- ½–1 liter jeera water (soak cumin overnight and drink in the morning)
Breakfast:
- 1 cup black coffee (no sugar) + 2–3 soaked almonds + 2 soaked walnuts
Lunch:
- 1 small bowl curd
- 1 apple + 2–3 slices pineapple
Snack:
- 10 gm roasted chana + 10 gm roasted peanuts + 1 cup green tea with cinnamon
Dinner:
- 1 bowl steamed or boiled carrot, broccoli, French beans + black pepper + lemon (no salt)
Day 3 – Fat Burning Phase Begins

By now, your body is ready to burn fat at a faster rate.
Morning Drink:
- ½–1 liter warm water + ½ tbsp honey + cinnamon + black pepper + ginger + ajwain
Breakfast:
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (15–30 mins before eating)
- 1 bowl sprouts + 10 gm peanuts
Lunch:
- 1 bowl lauki soup
Snack:
- 1 cup black coffee + 2 soaked walnuts
Dinner:
- 100 gm paneer or tofu with broccoli, capsicum, and onion
Day 4 – Fiber Push

Fiber keeps you full, improves digestion, and supports fat loss.
Morning Drink:
- Same as Day 3
Breakfast:
- 1 boiled sweet potato + 5 soaked almonds + 1 cup black coffee
Lunch:
- 1 bowl salad (broccoli, beans, carrot) + 1 cup green tea
Snack:
- 1 glass coconut water
Dinner:
- 1 apple + 1 bowl curd (room temperature)
Day 5 – Speed Up the Fat Loss

We combine fat-burning foods with healthy fats today.
Morning Drink:
- ½–1 liter warm water + overnight soaked flax seeds & chia seeds
Breakfast:
- 1 bowl sprouts + lemon + 1 cup green tea with cinnamon
Lunch:
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar before eating
- 1 cup curd + 1 apple + 2–3 slices pineapple
Snack:
- 1 cup black coffee + 2 soaked walnuts
Dinner:
- 1 glass milk + 1 tbsp haldi + cinnamon
Day 6 – Extreme Fat Loss Mode
Now we turn up the intensity for maximum fat burning.
Morning Drink:
- ½–1 liter warm water + ½ tbsp honey + 1 lemon + black pepper
Breakfast:
- 1 cup green tea (ginger + cinnamon + lemon) + 3 soaked almonds
Lunch:
- 100 gm homemade low-fat paneer or sprouts with broccoli, capsicum + lemon + 1 cup black coffee
Snack:
- Green tea (same as breakfast)
Dinner:
- 1 bowl lauki soup (black pepper, no salt)
Day 7 – Final Push

The last day is about finishing strong.
Morning Drink:
- Same as Day 6
Breakfast:
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1 apple + 2 soaked almonds
Lunch:
- 1 cup green tea with lemon and cinnamon + 10 gm roasted makhana
Snack:
- 1 cup black coffee + 2 soaked walnuts
Dinner:
- 1 bowl salad (boiled/steamed broccoli, carrot, beans) + lemon + black pepper (no salt)

By Day 3, you’ll start noticing visible changes. By Day 7, your clothes will fit differently, your stomach will feel lighter, and you’ll feel more energetic.
